CourtHeat ("we," "us," or "our") operates a platform for basketball players to share, discover, and interact with basketball shoes and outfits (the "Service"). By using CourtHeat, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. How We Store Information (Google Firebase)

CourtHeat uses Google Firebase and related Google Cloud services for authentication, database storage, file storage (including uploaded images), and hosting. Your data may be processed and stored on Google-managed infrastructure in different locations, including locations outside your country of residence. 4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as described below:

• Public Content. Content you upload or submit may be visible to other users of the Service as part of normal product functionality. To power public shoe discovery, we maintain a limited public shoe dataset with non-sensitive fields (for example: brand, model, colorway, image URL, rating, and timestamps) rather than exposing private locker documents directly.
• Service Providers. We use trusted vendors (such as Google Firebase) to host and operate the Service. They process data on our behalf according to their terms and our agreements with them.
• Legal and Safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect users, or address fraud or security issues.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, security, analytics, and advertising.
